Centralised vacuum system(cross-check)

The JOYAM Centralised Sealing Water Recirculation System is engineered to streamline the cooling and recycling of sealing water for vacuum pumps, optimising resource use while significantly lowering energy costs. By accurately calculating the heat load from multiple pumps, this advanced solution minimises water waste directed to effluent treatment plants, enhancing both environmental and economic efficiency.

Call Attention To:  /   Spotlight on:

Remarkable Water and Energy Conservation: Designed to curtail sealing water usage and reduce power demand, this system demonstrated remarkable cost-efficiency in one installation by slashing water consumption from 200 LPM, yielding energy savings of approximately 3 kWh.

Streamlined Maintenance and Operational Efficiency: JOYAM’s innovative air-cooled design minimises upkeep compared to traditional condensers and heat exchangers, while also delivering additional energy savings and enhancing long-term reliability.

Sophisticated Automation and Monitoring:

  1. Integrated pH and TDS metres provide continuous oversight of water quality, with automatic drainage that activates when pH thresholds are reached, safeguarding against corrosion.
  2. Operators gain full control over vacuum levels, pH, TDS, and temperature with a straightforward, one-switch start-up, offering both intuitive and efficient operation through a user-friendly display

Customisable Cooling Options:

• CW LRC Series: Uses an innovative air-cooling separator and ID fan to effectively lower water temperature.

• Chiller Series JCR LRC: Employs a cooling coil within the water separator tank, circulated by an R22 refrigerant compressor for more intensive cooling.

• LRC Series: Incorporates a Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) or Shell & Tube condenser to achieve highly effective water cooling.

Ideal Applications

• Industrial Vacuum Systems: Optimised for setups where multiple vacuum pumps require integrated cooling.

• Process and Chemical Industries: Ideal for reducing water and energy consumption in high-demand environments.

• Environmentally Conscious Facilities: Facilities looking to reduce their ecological footprint through water conservation and energy efficiency.
