Cone Type Vacuum Pump

Joyam Engineers & Consultants Pvt Ltd. has developed its JCT series of Cone Type of vacuum pump, These vacuum pumps are built on positive displacement liquid ring principle It has a robust construction which offers continuous operations at varied vacuum levels with the wide range of capacities at different RPM. It pumps can be used as vacuum pumps and compressor.

Features (Constructional & Operational):-

• Consists of Body, Covers, cones and rotors are all available in graded C.I & Stainless steel MOC as well as combinations of both.
• Comes with Two Inlet and Four outlet flanges. Any two flanges are made in use during normal operations and other two are made blind.
• Inlet Spray nozzles can be provided near suction for achieving enhanced capacity.
• It can operated as two independent vacuum pumps of divided capacity.
• Greater process compatibility due to larger sizes of liquid ports.

Material of Construction: –

• Graded Cast Iron, SG Iron, Stainless steel grade SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L and combination of the same as required.
